A micro-bakery with a big purpose. Serving the local community with real, additive-fee, artisan bread. Using regenerative and stoneground, organic flour, all bakes without additives or preservatives. Bread making classes covering both yeasted bread and sourdough.

NEXT COLLECTION DATE: Tuesday 31 March 2026. Please place your order by 9.00am on Monday 30 March 2026.

DIRECT ORDERS: If you have placed your order directly rather than via the website, collection time is between 11.30am and 3.00pm.

EASTER COLLECTION DAYS: Tuesday 31 March and Thursday 2nd April for bread orders. Pre-ordered Colomba di Pasqua will be available for collection on Wednesday 1st and Thursday 2nd April.

The bakery will be closed over the Easter weekend (Friday to Monday inclusive) whilst the batteries are recharged!
