A traditional panettone, made with a 'pasta madre' has the aroma of Christmas! This complicated dough takes around 3 days to make and requires a huge amount of skill. The end result is a beautifully sweet flavoured bread that has a defined open crumb.

Each panettone is made with top quality ingredients and lots of TLC! When stored in a cool, dry place, it will last for 2 weeks.

The Classico is flavoured with raisins soaked in rum, homemade candied peel and homemade orange paste.

Two available sizes:

  • Medium panettone, 500g weight (approx.) £16.95 per product, no glaze.
  • Large panettone, 750g weight (approx.) £24.95 per product, no glaze - please choose from the dropdown list.
