Sourdough Sandwich Loaf

Baked in a tin, this sandwich loaf has a soft crumb and a crust that's sprinkled with rolled oats. Made with white and wholemeal flour, it's great toasted or made into sandwiches.

Approximate size: 900g per loaf.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, wholemeal flour, sourdough starter (wheat flour, water), honey, salt, water, whole milk, olive oil, rolled oats.
