A traditional panettone, made with a 'pasta madre' has the aroma of Christmas! This complicated dough takes around 3 days to make and requires a huge amount of skill. The end result is a beautifully sweet flavoured bread that has a defined open crumb.

Each panettone is made with top quality ingredients and lots of TLC! When stored in a cool, dry place, it will last for 2 weeks.

The Chocolate Orange Panettone is flavoured with 53% cocoa drops, homemade candied peel and homemade orange paste.

Two available sizes:

  • Medium panettone, 500g weight (approx.) £19.95 per product, no glaze.
  • Large panettone, 750g weight (approx.) £26.95 per product, no glaze - please choose from the dropdown list.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, water, egg, sugar, butter, honey, orange paste, (oranges, sugar, water) salt, vanilla extract, candied orange and lemon peel, dark chocolate drops (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), vanilla extract).
