This 6½-hour workshop is designed to teach you how to make the most of seasonal summer produce and equip you with the skills to create delicious breads and accompaniments for al fresco entertaining.

- Mixing, kneading, proving, shaping, and baking a variety of breads that are ideal for outdoor entertaining
- Accompaniments to complement the bakes
- Design menus using fresh and seasonal produce
- Tips and techniques to monitor and perfect your baking process
Typical Bakes:
- Focaccia filled with gorgonzola
- Enriched burger buns with optional toppings
- A variety of pestos and relishes
- Flatbreads and pizza dough
